Are you a travel agency?

No.  Personal Pixie is a travel coaching business that offers personalized travel consultations.

What is a "travel coach"?

We define a travel coach as someone who helps you gain the skills and knowledge you'll need in order to make informed travel decisions.  If you're anything like us, you're not comfortable giving up control of planning your vacation to a stranger (aka travel agent), but you also need a little help.  If you fit in that category, you're a dream client for Personal Pixie!

Are you officially affiliated with Disney?

No.  We just visit Walt Disney World a lot.

Does Disney pay you if I book a vacation?

No.  The only money we make is from the purchase of consultation packages.  Because we're not affiliated with Disney, they don't pay us in any way.  This is to your benefit - because we don't get paid a commission like travel agents do, it doesn't help us in any way to up-sale you on Disney vacation products.  Actually, we're stellar bargain hunters, and we LOVE helping customers save money on travel!  We're more than happy to help you book on a budget.

What happens after I purchase a package on your site?

First of all, thank you for your purchase!  You'll hear back from us within 48 hours to get the ball rolling!

Before your consultation, you'll complete a survey we created to help us get an idea of your Disney travel needs.  Once that's complete, your Pixie will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule your personalized consultation.

What happens during a consultation?

During your consultation, your Pixie will quickly confirm the information submitted on your survey.  She will then spend the entirety of your one-hour session chatting with you, and the content of your conversation is really up to you as the client!  You're free to ask any and all questions you may have about any aspect of visiting Walt Disney World, from choosing your travel dates to booking FastPasses.  We prepare tips and suggestions ahead of time to share with you, but we don't follow a script or other pre-prepared document.  Your consultation is truly yours - tailored just for you!

What if I have questions before I commit to using your services?
